Legal Services
The Legal Services Division provides legal services to the Crown and promotes the fair and lawful administration of public affairs in accordance with the law. The following programs and services are part of this division:
- Solicitor Services Section
The Solicitor Services Section provides legal advice and representation to all government departments and agencies. - Civil Litigation Section
The Civil Litigation Section has the conduct of all civil proceedings by or against the Crown before courts and tribunals. - Registry of Regulations
The Office of the Registrar of Regulations files and indexes Nova Scotia regulations.
