Consolidation of Labour Relations Boards and Employment Tribunals

The Department of Labour and Workforce Development will be consolidating six adjudicative Boards which deal with labour relations and employment matters to form a new Labour Relations and Employment Board ("LREB"). The attached discussion paper is for the purpose of providing information regarding the establishment of the LREB and requesting your feedback regarding specific features that are being proposed for this new Board.
