The Private Career Colleges works with Private Career Colleges to ensure that Nova Scotians have access to training opportunities that respond to labour market needs and lead to employment.

Private Career Colleges must be responsive to needs of business and industry, and establish education, training and employment partnerships for their students.

Currently, Nova Scotia's Private Career Colleges offer a wide range of skills training for adults including for example:

• Massage Therapy,
• Truck Driving,
• Information Technology,
• Esthetics, Multimedia,
• Travel, Tourism, and
• Business Education.
