- As part of its vision for a brighter future for all Nova Scotians and their families, the Nova Scotia Government, in cooperation with the Poverty Reduction Strategy Working Group, has embarked on the development of a comprehensive, multi-year poverty reduction strategy.
Nova Scotia School for Adult Learning
- The Nova Scotia School for Adult Learning (NSSAL) offers programs for adult Nova Scotians who want to improve their literacy skills. Programs are tuition-free and offered at more than 150 sites across the province. Since NSSAL was created, thousands of adults have graduated with their high school diploma.
