Who Needs This Permit? |
| Any commercial fisherman who wants to place a structure for the storage
of fishing gear on Crown Lands which has been designated by the Provincial
Government as a fishing reserve in Nova Scotia.

| Application may be made at the nearest Local
or Area Office of the N.S. Department of Natural Resources.
The applicant must be recommended by the N.S.
Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture.
If all requirements are met, and the application is approved, the applicant
will be notified by the N.S. Department of Natural Resources, Land Administration
Division (Halifax).

Expiry & Renewal: |
| This permit is valid for 5 years from the date it is issued (unless
cancelled or terminated).

Price: (HST is charged) |
| Administration Fee: $62.22 plus applicable tax (HST)*
Annual Rent: $31.13 plus applicable tax (HST)*

Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture and be recognized as a commercial fisherman.

the N.S. Department
of Natural Resources.
