Public and Support Services is organized as follows: Reference Services, Library, Clerical Support

Management Areas of activity include:

• reference service for NSARM archival and library holdings
• operation of NSARM Library
• provision of copy-typing and data-entry services for NSARM
• coordination of public-order reproduction services
• development and delivery of NSARM public programs and archival outreach activities
• development and coordination of Volunteer Services
