Registry of Motor Vehicles - Sample Plates (Souvenir Plates)

The fee for a sample (souvenir) plate is $5.76 (includes $0.66 HST). They are available at the Halifax Access Nova Scotia Office or by mail, addressed to:

Method of Payment:
In Person:	Cash, debit card, VISA, American Express MasterCard, cheque or money order (Halifax Access Nova Centre only)

By Mail:	Cheque or money order, in Canadian dollars only, made out to the Registry of Motor Vehicles.

Please note: Sample plates are not to be displayed on any vehicle which is being operated on the highway.
