INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE SHOPPING BASKET
You must have Cookies and JavaScript enabled in your browser for this site to work properly. You must also have the cache set to refresh automatically.
Find the products you want to buy using the links on the menu at the left, then click on the product you're interested in. Click on the Add button next to the item you want.
You can carry on shopping by selecting another item or another Product Category from the menu on the left. You can see a list of items in your shopping basket, on the top right. You can view the detailed contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the View Basket link on the right. You can also change the number of items you want to buy or remove items from you basket here. You can also save your basket by clicking on the Save Basket link (which appears at the right after you've added items to your basket) and come back to it later.
When you have selected all the items that you wish to purchase, click the Checkout link. Please enter an email address so that we can send you your order details.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS
If you have previously made an order or have an online customer account, you may login by clicking on My Account. Please type the email address you used to place the order and the Customer Code that was emailed to you with your order details. This will allow you to see the status of orders you have made and any saved shopping baskets. Once you have logged in, you can then change your Customer Code.
ORDER PROCESSING, REFUND AND CLAIM POLICY
Government Publications has a payment in advance policy. If you wish to use a Visa or Mastercard credit card, you can use this online service on our secure server, fax or call one of our customer service representatives with your order.
- Prices are subject to change according to the cost of publishing. A catalogue of publications, prices and shipping charges is available on
line. All shipping charges quoted are for regular postal or equivalent ground shipment.
- We regret we cannot issue refunds. Once the order is processed and shipped, items are non-returnable.
- Claims for lost shipments must be submitted to Government Publications within 60 days (in North America) and 90 days (outside North America). Incorrect or damaged shipments must be returned within 7 days within the Atlantic Provinces and within 30 days elsewhere.
