Standard Forms

If you cannot open a form, place your cursor on the link and RIGHT click (click the button on the right side of your mouse). A menu opens which contains the option to "save target as" or "save link as," depending on the browser you are using. Select the option and then decide where on your computer’s hard drive you wish to save the file. After saving the file, go to that location and open the file by double clicking on it.

If you are experiencing difficulty with the Forms and Guidelines links, your internet cache may contain outdated information that needs to be cleared periodically. For Internet Explorer instructions on how to do this, go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/using/howto/customizing/clearcache.mspx . If your browser is not Internet Explorer, you will still get the general idea of how to clear your cache.
