Hours of operation for Land Registration Offices are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except on government holidays. Documents submitted for registration or recording after 4:00 p.m. may not be processed until the following business day.
Online Submission of Electronic Applications and Searching Electronic Records
Parcel Description Certification Applications and Applications for Registration may be submitted 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject to planned system maintenance and/or system failure. These applications will be processed by Land Registration Office Staff during regular office hours.
Property Online Help Desk Support
Telephone help desk support for users of Property Online, the government's online property information application, is available 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (except on government holidays). The toll free Property Online help desk support number is 1-866-518-4640.
