An applicant can request a license by phone, fax, mail, downloading from this website or by visiting the Alcohol and Gaming Division office(s). The application is reviewed by staff to ensure that it is completed in its entirety. After review by the Division staff, the applicant is issued the appropriate license or notified of its denial. |

Applicants are advised to contact Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations Health Services with respect to washroom facilities, Department of Transportation with respect to traffic control and the local police or RCMP detachment. Also, if open fires or campfires are part of the festival site, the Department of Natural Resources should be contacted. |
