Applicants must provide plans and
specifications for details, complete a Building Permit application, and
submit the appropriate fees. Applicants are notified in writing or
by phone when the permit is approved. |

Usually within 10 business days
after the date of application. |
| Expiry & Renewal:

It can be extended by written permission
of the Building Officer. |
| Price & Payment:
|

0.21% of the estimated value of
the proposed building or $10.00 whichever is the greater. |

You must have a Development
Permit approved and issued by the Town of Bridgewater (Development Officer)
before this permit can be issued. |
