An applicant can request a license by phone, fax, mail, downloading from this website, or by visiting the Alcohol and Gaming Division office(s). The application is reviewed by staff to ensure that it is completed in its entirety. After review by the Division staff, the applicant is issued the appropriate license or notified of its denial. |
