The application is reviewed by staff to ensure that it is completed in its entirety. After review by staff, the applicant is issued the appropriate Place of Amusement License or notified of its denial. |

| Expiry & Renewal: |

This license is valid for 3 years. The renewal process is started by the Division, which will send a renewal form to the license holder before the current license expires. |

- Labour and Workforce Development - Fire Marshal Clearance or Halifax Regional Fire Inspection Services Clearance. Update fire clearance is required every three years.
