1) If you wish to
apply using an application form, Phone, visit, write or e-mail one of
the contact sources listed above. The appropriate application kit
will be supplied by mail, or may be picked up by the applicant. |

2) If you are not
applying online, the completed application form can be mailed, faxed
or brought to the Alcohol and Gaming Division office (see addresses
above).
3) If the application is approved, the Division will
mail an official lottery licence to the applicant displaying a lottery
number.
The application is reviewed by staff to ensure it is completed in its entirety. After review by the staff, the applicant is issued the appropriate license, or notified of its denial. |

3 to -5 business days
However, if the applicant has submitted an application and requires the
lottery licence number sooner, they may telephone our office and if the
application has been processed the licence number can be provided at that
time.

| Expiry & Renewal: |
| |
This license is valid for a period varying from 1 day to 3 years. The renewal is started by the Division, which will send a renewal form to the license holder before the current license expires. Ticket Single Licenses are not renewable. |

Ticket Single: Fee equivalent to 2.13% of total prize value to be submitted within 30 days after the expiry date of the license
Ticket Series: Fee equivalent to 2.13% of total prize value to be submitted on an annual basis for a 3 year license term, or 30 days following the expiry date of a license issued for less than 3 years. |

The lottery license number issued is only good for the lottery fundraising program for which it has been assigned and is in force for the period stipulated on the license. |
