1) If you wish to
apply using an application form, phone, visit, write or e-mail one
of the contact sources listed above. The appropriate application
kit will be supplied by mail, or may be picked up by the applicant. |

2) If you are not
applying online, the completed application form can be mailed, faxed
or brought to the Alcohol and Gaming Division office (see addresses
above).
3) If the application is approved, the Division will
mail an official lottery licence to the applicant displaying a lottery
number.
The completed application is reviewed by licensing staff and if the criteria is met, the application is approved. The applicant is mailed a permit certificate bearing a lottery license number which must be displayed on their printed tickets. |

By Mail - 3 to 5 business days providing the application is complete. (Please allow several extra days for mail delivery.)
Walk In - 20 minutes
However, if the applicant has submitted a complete application and requires
a Permit number sooner, they may inquire and if the application
has been received and number assigned, it is provided at that time.

Provided that all the items that must accompany the application have been received

This permit is valid for 1 day to a maximum of 1 year; the number of days is specified on the application. It is not renewable.

The permit number that is issued is only valid for the lottery fundraising program for which it has been assigned, and is in force only for the period stipulated on the permit.
