The appropriate application kit will be supplied by mail, or may be picked
up by the applicant.
The completed application form can be mailed, faxed or brought to the
Alcohol and Gaming Division office (see addresses above).
An applicant can request a breakopen ticket application by phone, fax, mail, downloading from this website, or by visiting the Alcohol and Gaming Division office. The application is reviewed by staff to ensure that it is completed in its entirety. Upon issuance, the applicant is mailed a license and the Atlantic Lottery Corporation is notified.

A license is valid for 3 year(s). The renewal process is started by the Division, which will send a renewal form to the license holder before the current license expires. |
