be supplied by mail, or may be picked up by the applicant.
The completed application form can be mailed, faxed or brought to the Alcohol
and Gaming Division office (see addresses above).
The application is reviewed by staff to ensure that it is completed in its entirety. After review by the Division staff, the applicant is issued the appropriate license or notified of its denial.

This license is valid for 1 day to a maximum of 3 year(s); the number of days of operation are specified on the license.
The renewal process is started by the Division, which will send a renewal form to the license holder before the current license expires. |

No fee for Low Revenue Charitable Bingo Operations

Plus:
In the case of a single bingo, a fee calculated at 2.13% of the prize value must be submitted to the Alcohol and Gaming Division within 30 days after the expiry date on the license. In the case of a license issued for a period of more than 1 day, a fee calculated at 2.13% of the total prize value must be submitted within 30 days after the last business day of each calendar month during such period, beginning with the month in which the license is issued.
Monthly Bingo Report(s) is provided to the applicant with each license, and it must be completed and returned to the Division together with the applicable fee.

The premises in which the bingo is to be held must first be licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Division as a Place
of Amusement. |

Bingo is only permitted to be operated at the location specified, and on the days and times stipulated on the license. |
