Fuel Safety (Company) Licence

| Who Needs This Licence? |
Any firm or business engaged in (1) storing and distributing
propane; (2) installing, repairing, servicing or maintaining appliances,
containers, gas equipment or gas piping systems; or (3) Operating a natural
gas vehicle refueling or cylinder filling station.

| Expiry & Renewal: |
The Licence is valid for the calendar year in which it is issued,
from January 1 to December 31. It can be renewed, and a renewal notice
will be mailed before it expires.

Initial Application:
1. For a "Class 1" licence
- bulk plant/dispenser (aggregate storage capacity): $0.0478 per
USWG
minimum fee - $119.38 - cylinder handling only: $119.38
- bulk transporter only: $119.38
2. For a "Class 2" licence $119.38
3. For a "Class 3" licence $119.38
4. For a "Class 4" licence: $119.38
Annual Renewal: $119.38 (minimum fee)
Note: Licence fees include the cost of inspection services
under subsection 25(3).
Payment by mail: Please pay by cheque or money order,
made out to the Minister of Finance.
