An letter of application must be
submitted to the Provincial Firearms Office (see above).
A copy of the club's bylaws, and a list of the members and Executive
of the club, must be included with the application letter.
If all requirements are met and the application is approved, the Designation
will be sent to the applicant by mail.

No more than 15 working days, once
all items which must accompany the application have been received, and all
requirements have been met. Allow several additional days for mailing time,
coming and going. |

The expiry and renewal is up to
the discretion of the Provincial Firearms Office. |
