Drilling For Mineral Exploration Notification

| Who Needs This Notification / Registration?
|

Anyone who plans to begin a drilling program in Nova Scotia
for mineral exploration must notify the province. The applicant must provide
the Registrar, Mineral and Petroleum Titles, N.S. Department of Natural
Resources, with a tabulation of drillhole data, including grid references,
azimuths, dip, total depths, dates of start-up and completion of drilling.
Also, the drillhole location must be provided as it may be cross-referenced
to a claim or licenced boundaries. |

| | A two part "Notification of Proposed Drilling Program" form may be obtained
either from the Regional and
Local or Area Offices of the Department, or from the Registry of Mineral
and Petroleum Titles of the N.S. Department of Natural Resources.

| Waiting Period: |
| | There is no waiting period. This is a notification process, and it becomes
valid when it is filed with the Department.

| Expiry & Renewal: |
| | This notification is valid until the date the drilling is finished.
It is not renewable.
