Wildlife Salvage (Road Kill) Permit

Who Needs This Permit?
Anyone who is not otherwise licenced and wants to possess, sell or export wildlife in Nova Scotia to allow the orderly possession or sale of salvaged wildlife (road kill, etc).

N.S. Department of Natural Resources

Any of the Local or Area Offices of the N.S. Department of Natural Resources. (See Offices, N.S. Department of Natural Resources.)

Application can be made at the nearest Local or Area Offices of the N.S. Department of Natural Resources.

Waiting Period:
Same day.

Expiry & Renewal:
This permit is valid for the period of time stated on it and applies to a single animal. It is not renewable.
