selling or distributing fluid milk products for human consumption. |

An application form can be obtained from the Nova Scotia Natural
Products Marketing Council. When completed, it is submitted to the
General Manager of the Council, along with the applicable fee.
A final decision on the licence is made by the Nova Scotia Natural
Products Marketing Council.
If all requirements are met and the application is approved, the licence
will be sent to the applicant by mail. |

90 business days
Provided that all the items that must accompany the application have been received
(Please allow several extra days for mail delivery.)

| Expiry & Renewal: |
This licence is valid for 3 years from the day it is issued.
It can be renewed, and the Department will send out a renewal notice before
it expires. |

Initial application or renewal:
$.016 per 100 hl of fluid milk processed
Please pay by cheque or money order made out to the Minister of Finance.
