Sewer Entrance (Connection) Permit

Who Needs This Permit?
  The permit ensures that it is physically possible to connect to a sewer.  The sewer entrance permit ensures that sewer lateral connections meet the Town of Yarmouth standards for materials and installation.  It also ensures that the installation is inspected by Public Works Department prior to backfilling.

Application Forms &  Process:
  An application form must be filled out and approval by the Town Engineer. Once approval has been given, a Permit is issued upon receipt of the Sewer Entrance Permit fee and any other additional changes of Right-of-Way repairs that may apply.

  Sewer Entrance Fee:  $250.00

Deposit for right of way repairs:  The cost is based on the estimated cost of repairs This estimate is performed by the staff of the Public Works Department.
