| Who Needs This Permit? |

Anyone Selling, peddling, hawking or trading goods within
the Municipality of Yarmouth requires a Peddler Licence. This Licence
is also required for all door to door or roadside sales of goods except
for persons selling products of the farm, forest or sea. This does
not apply to merchants with an established place of business within the
Municipality. |
