An applicant may obtain the form from the Inspection
Department, Municipality of Shelburne. A municipal Waste Information Sheet
must be filled out with every permit application. |

the property is Registered as a Heritage Property. |

This permit is valid for 1 year from the date
it was issued. It can be renewed each year for $5.00. |

It may be necessary to contact the Nova Scotia
Power Corporation (re: disconnecting power), Dept. of the Environment (re:
sewer connection, well on property), and Dept. of Transportation (if near
a public road) and the Department of Natural Resources (for a burning permit
between the months of April and October). |
