An application form can be obtained from the Administration
office of the Municipality of Richmond County. When completed, it is submitted
to the same office, along with the applicable fees. Before the permit is
approved, the site must be accessed for acceptability.
If all requirements are met and the application is approved, the permit
will be sent to the applicant by mail.
