scrap-iron, old nails, brass, copper lead, composite metals or alloy, second
handed marine stores and materials of any kind or description known as junk.

An application form can be obtained from the Administration
office of the Municipality of Richmond County. When completed, it is submitted
to the same office, along with the applicable fees.
If all requirements are met and the application is approved, the permit
will be sent to the applicant by mail. |

| Expiry & Renewal: |

This permit is valid until December 31 of the calendar year
in which it is issued. It is renewable and the renewal time is December
