Any auctioneer, peddlar, hawker or trader of goods
Note: A sheriff, bailiff or officer of the law who is
selling under the legal process does not require a permit.
Any person selling products of the farm, forest or sea does not require
a permit as well.

An application form can be obtained from the Administration
office of the Municipality of Richmond County. When completed, it is submitted
to the same office, along with the applicable fees.
If all requirements are met and the application is approved, the permit
will be sent to the applicant by mail.

Non-resident ratepayer: $1.00
Resident, not a ratepayer: $1.00
Neither resident nor ratepayer: $50.00 |
| Expiry & Renewal |
| |
This permit is valid for up to 1 year covering the period
from March 1 of one year to February 28 of the next. It can be renewed,
and the renewal time is the last day of February. Renewal is not automatic.
