This Licence is issued as part of the Development
Permit approval process.

The request is normally processed as part of the Development Permit approval
process, so the length of time may vary, depending on the length of time
required to obtain the Development Permit due to the complexity of the
proposed development.

This Licence is valid for 2 years from the date it is issued.
It is not renewable.
