Water Connection / Disconnection Permit

  Anyone who wants to connect to or disconnect from the water utility.

Application Forms & Process:
 

You can apply in person or by phone or by mail, to the office above. When you call, please specify the preferred date that the connection or disconnection is to be done.

After the water is connected, you will have to fill out and sign a connection form for billing purposes.
 

Waiting Period:
 

The Permit is normally issued right away, once all items which must accompany the application have been received, and all requirements are met.
 

Expiry & Renewal:
  This Permits does not expire.
 
Price & Payment: (No tax is charged)
 

Connection: $15
Disconnection: Free

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or money order, made out to the Town of Parrsboro.

Note: The property owner is responsible for the cost of material and hiring the services of a contractor to install the service line from the building or structure to the property line.
