  Anyone who wants to construct, locate, alter or change the use of any building or structure within the Town of Parrsboro, including fences and signage.

Application Forms & Process:
 

You can get an application form by visiting the Parrsboro Town Hall or you can have one mailed to you, by calling or writing the Town of Parrsboro.

Please submit the completed application, by mail or in person, to the Development Officer, at the address listed above. The Deed and /or survey plan must accompany the application form.

If the application is approved, you will be notified by mail or you can inquire, in person, at the Parrsboro Town Hall.
 

Waiting Period:
  The initial application or the renewal of this Permit is normally processed within 30 business days, once all items which must accompany the application have been received, and all requirements are met.
 
Expiry & Renewal:
  The Permit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued. It can be renewed. It is the responsibility of the Permit holder to contact the Municipality before it expires; NO NOTICE of renewal will be sent out by the Municipality.
