| Application Forms & Process: |

A completed application is to be submitted accompanied by construction
drawings for all new construction and most renovations. You should also
include: plot plan showing distances to any property line, buildings,
etc. Also appropriate design drawings and specifications where required.
Permit fees should accompany all applications. A municipal Waste Information
Sheet must be filled out with every permit application.

The permit is normally issued within 1 to 4 weeks (depending on the complexity
of the proposal), once all items, such as the building plans, specifications,
and other applicable permits, which must accompany the application have
been received, and all requirements are met.

This permit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.
It can be renewed each year for $5.00.
