You can get this licence by visiting, phoning, faxing or writing the
office above. After you pay the applicable fee, the permit is issued right
away.
If you come in to the office, you can get this licence at the counter;
otherwise it can be mailed to you.

This licence is normally processed within 5 business days, if the application
is received by mail. When the application is made in person it can usually
be processed while you wait.
