You can get an application by visiting, phoning, faxing or writing the
municipal office listed above. When completed, it is submitted to the
same office.
If all requirements are met and the application is approved, the permit
is mailed to the applicant.

This permit is valid for 1 year from the date
it is issued. It can be renewed. Renewal is not
automatic; it is the responsibility of the permit holder to contact the
municipality before it
expires.
