You can get an application by visiting, phoning, faxing or writing the
office listed above. When completed, it is submitted to the same office,
along with the applicable fee.
If all requirements are met and the application is approved, the Permit
is mailed to the applicant.

The Permit is normally processed within 5 business days, once all items
which must accompany the application have been received, and all requirements
are met.

The Permit is valid only for the time period specified
on it. Once it expires, it is invalid, and you have to get a new one.

charitable, temperance or philanthropic organization.
