Town of Clark's Harbour

Peddler Licence

Who Needs This Licence?
  Anyone Selling, peddling, hawking or trading goods within the Town of Clark's Harbour requires a Peddler Licence. This Licence is also required for all door to door or roadside sales of goods except for persons selling products of the farm, forest or sea. This does not apply to merchants with an established place of business within the Town.

Application Forms & Process:
  An application form can be obtained from the municipal office listed above. When completed, it is submitted to the same office, along with the applicable fees.

If all requirements are met and the application is approved, the permit is issued to the applicant.
 

Waiting Period:
  This permit is normally issued right away, once all items which must accompany the permit have been received and all requirements have been met.

  $40
 
Expiry & Renewal:
  The permit is valid only for the time specified on it. Once it expires, it is invalid, and you have to buy a new one.
