several lots into one, or change lot boundaries in any way. |

& Process: |

Application forms are available
from the Development Officer.
Fill out the required information and return it with a preliminary, tentative
or final survey plan, and the appropriate fees.
When approved a written notice will be sent to the applicant.
Note: All subdivision plans that have received final approval must
be filed in the Registry of Deeds.

| Waiting Period:
|
|
The applicant is notified within
fourteen (14) days whether the subdivision application is complete. Approvals
are usually granted within one week of receiving a complete plan and application
and the required fee. |
| Expiry & Renewal:
|
|
This Approval does not expire. |
| Price & Payment:
(No tax is charged) |
|
The subdivider is required to pay all applicable Registry of Deeds Fees:
Currently $150.00
(This includes:
Registration of Notice of Approval of a Plan of Subdivision: $70.00,
Registration of Plan of Subdivision: $70.00, and
One Certified Copy of Plan: $10.00)
Registration of Deed: $70.00
NOTE: The municipality does not charge a processing fee, at this time.
Please pay by cash, cheque or money order made out to the Registry of
Deeds.
If the final plan of subdivision does not receive approval, the fee will
be returned.
