| Application Forms & Process: |

You can get an application form from the office above. You must submit
the following items, along with the application to the Municipal office:
safety inspection, insurance policy, 2 photocopies of valid Class 4 Driver's
Licence, references, photographs of driver and driving record.
The completed application is submitted to the Municipality, along with
the applicable fee (see Price below).
If all requirements are met and the application is approved; the licence
will be mailed to the applicant.

Once all the requirements are met, the Licence is issued immediately. |
| Price & Payment: |

Taxi Licence for Vehicle: $40 per year
Taxi Licence for Driver: $20 per year
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or money order, made out to the Municipality
of the District of Barrington.

| Expiry & Renewal: |

The Licence is valid for one year. Once it expires, it is
invalid, and you have to get a new one. |
