Application should be made on the application form available
from the office noted. The applicant will be notified by mail within 15
days of receipt of the application and within 30 days of a completed application. |

The approximate time frame for approval of a completed application
is up to three weeks. |

There are no fees, bonds or deposits required for a Development
Permit. |

The Permit is good for only the time period specified on it.
Once it expires, you have to get a new one. |

to public sewer, access to highway approval from Department of Transportation. |
