  Anyone wishing to carry out a development which is not permitted in the strategy or bylaw except by an amendment to the bylaw in the District of Argyle.

The completed application is submitted to the Municipality, along with the applicable fee (see Price below).

If all requirements are met and the amendment is approved; the applicant is notified by mail.

  The process takes approximately 3 months, from the time the application has been received. This time may vary, depending on the complexity of the proposed amendment.
