| Who Needs This Permit? |

Anyone who is planning new construction, renovations, additions or change of use of any building or structure in West Pubnico or Wedgeport areas (and Tusket). This permit is also needed for building and structures used for commercial and industrial uses in certain other areas of the Municipality. |

Application must be completed, a review is then made by the Development Officer and it is then decided whether the application complies with all provisions set out in the Municipality's Bylaw. |

| Expiry & Renewal: |
|
This Permit is valid only for the time period specified on it. Once it expires, you have to get a new one. |
