Complete application, including floor plans (if applicable)
and lot size along with distances to boundaries along with any other applicable
information. |

Approximately 15 days. |
| Price & Payment: |

Commercial - 10 cents per square foot plus a $5.00 administration
fee. Or $1.00 per $1,000 if it is repairs or alterations plus a $5.00 administration
fee.
Non-structural repairs exceeding $5,000 construction cost require a building
permit, at a fee of $1.00 per $1,000 plus the $5.00 administration fee.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or money order, made out to the Municipality
of the District of Argyle.
