An information sheet and application form can be obtained by contacting
the Town Hall (please see Where Can You Get . .
. above. The land survey must be completed and submitted
to the Municipality along with the fee to register the subdivision at
the Registry of Deeds.
The surveys must conform to the Land Use Bylaw and the Subdivision Regulations
and Bylaw.
The applicant will be notified of the results of the application by mail.

Applicable Registry of Deeds Fees: $170.00
(This includes:
Registration of Notice of Approval of a Plan of Subdivision: $70.00,
Registration of Plan of Subdivision: $70.00, and
Three Certified Copies of Plan: $10.00 each)
Registration of Deed: $70.00 or $100.00 (in the case of subdivisions that
fall under the new Land Registration Act)
Payment can be made by cheque
