of a building in the Town of Amherst. |

An application form can be obtained by contacting the Town Hall (please
see Where Can You Get . . . above. The completed
application form is submitted to the Municipality along with the plans,
application fee. The proposed development must meet all requirements of
the Land Use Bylaw. The applicant will be notified of the results of the
application by phone.

Payment can be made by cash, Interac, cheque or Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard,

This approval is good for six months, from the date it is issued. It
is the responsibility of the holder of the permit to contact the Town
of Amherst to get a new one.
