The Secretary of the co-operative completes the appropriate
form and forwards it along with the financial statements and the annual
registration fee of $28.30 (made payable to the Inspector of Co-operatives)
to the Co-operatives Branch. It must be submitted within 4 months and 2
weeks of the co-operative's fiscal year end.
Once approved and filed, an approved document to confirm the filing is
forwarded to the registered office of the co-operative and is valid for
1 year.
