When is My Credit Card Payment Authorized ?
When you use your credit card to pay for one of our Online Services, your payment is authorized immediately; this means the amount is held for processing by your credit card company. The amount will not appear on your statement until after it has been processed; please see processing times under each online service.
For Debit Card, your bank account is automatically debited.
How Will the Item(s) Appear on My Credit Card or Bank Statement ?
Charges on your credit card or bank statement will appear as "GOVERNMENT INTERNET SRVS" or "GOVT INTERNET SERVICES".
