Defaulted Parking Tickets in Halifax Regional Municipality

If you have a parking ticket from the HRM that has been processed through the Department of Justice or Registry of Motor Vehicles, you can pay on-line using this service, or in-person at any one of the four Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations Fine Payment Centres listed below, or any Nova Scotia Justice Centre. You will also be required to pay a Registry of Motor Vehicles Privilege Reinstatement Fee.

 

Defaulted Parking Tickets Outside of Halifax Regional Municipality

If you received a parking ticket from a Nova Scotia municipality other than HRM, then contact the issuing municipality.

 

Motor Vehicle Fines Other Than Parking Tickets

If you received a motor vehicle fine other than a parking ticket, for example traffic obstruction or moving violation, and you have received a summons to appear in court, you can pay on-line, or in person, at any one of the following four Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations Fine Payment Centres listed below, or any Nova Scotia Justice Centre. You will also be required to pay a Registry of Motor Vehicles Privilege Reinstatement Fee.
