Municipal Services - Client Satisfaction Survey

This year, the Municipal Services Division launched its first ever online Client Satisfaction Survey. The survey consists of 13 questions aimed at measuring municipal representative and staff satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of the programs and supports we provide.

Feedback gathered through this survey will help us determine how we can improve our work and our relationships with Municipalities. In order to achieve this, we need your input and feedback.

The survey will continue to be open to our municipal partners throughout the year, so please feel free to revisit the survey and provide additional feedback as you continue to work with our staff, and experience the different services that we provide. The results will be communicated back to municipalities online, and in our Division’s Annual Report.
