FAQ - I can't find a document that I know is on a Web server, what should I do?There are many reasons why this might be happening:
Your search query was not constructed correctly
The web server or the document was not available at the time the website was indexed
There is no link to the document from any other document that was indexed
The web page could be blocked either by the GSA or with a robots.txt file. SNSMR has blocked some pages at the request of some Web Coordinators.
